PERS is an application for selecting and viewing data on natural persons, declaring and canceling a place of residence, as well as generating and printing documents related to these actions. It is the primary application for working with resident data at the local government level and ensures the updating of personal data in cooperation with FPRIS (the Natural Persons Register).
