I would like to join the Dativa team. What kind of projects will I be working on?
The solutions we develop are socially significant and appealing to people who want to contribute to Latvia’s digital transformation. Our products are used by people all over Latvia, so this is a real opportunity to do work that is important and meaningful. The development process is dynamic, so we are constantly learning new technologies, which our programmers particularly appreciate.
How does Dativa support employee development and professional growth opportunities within the company?
We actively support the development of our employees’ skills and professional growth. Every employee is provided with at least 40 hours of training per year, which we also support financially—we cover the costs of courses, certification, and participation in conferences both in Latvia and abroad. In our daily work environment, we organize employee communities where colleagues share their experience and knowledge to promote mutual learning and professional development.
What are the options for balancing work and study?
We support our employees’ professional growth, which is why we offer students studying IT flexible work schedules that can be combined with their studies, or the option to work part-time.
Is there training provided when you start working?
New employees are assigned a mentor for the first three months, who provides all the information they need to get started. Meetings are also organized with colleagues who lead internal training sessions and share their practical experience.
Can Dativa work remotely?
Employees have the option to work both in the office and remotely. (40% in the office). This is decided within the team.
