Learning is important to us

At our company, learning is an integral part of our daily routine and a conscious investment in sustainable development. In 2025, we dedicated a total of more than 15,700 hours to employee professional development, the majority of which was directly devoted to training and skill development. This confirms that learning at our company is not a formal requirement, but a real part of our daily practice.

The goal of the training is to systematically strengthen the knowledge and skills necessary for both high-quality day-to-day work and the company’s long-term growth. We place special emphasis on improving technical skills, cybersecurity, software quality, and mastering new technologies and tools, including the use of artificial intelligence solutions.

At the same time, we also prioritize the development of analytical and critical thinking, effective collaboration, and professional communication. Training takes place both individually and through shared knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering knowledge transfer within the team and its practical application in daily work. This approach allows us to purposefully build a competent, development-oriented team capable of delivering high-quality IT solutions well into the future.

Project support for the company’s digital skills development

Part of the training activities implemented at the company were carried out with the support of the European Union within the framework of the project “Development of Digital Skills for the Development of New Products and Technologies in Latvian Commercial Enterprises” (Contract No. 2.3.1.2.i.0/1/24/I/CFLA/002). As part of this support, the company’s employees participated in one of the training programs offered by the project, which complemented the company’s overall approach to developing employees’ digital skills.

The project’s objective is to promote the competitiveness of Latvian businesses by developing employees’ digital, automation, and innovation skills, offering training in various formats and support for companies implementing digital transformation

Within the framework of the project, companies are provided with training in various formats—short-term training programs, professional development training in collaboration with internationally recognized higher education institutions, as well as online training on international education platforms. In addition, conferences and informational events are organized, and support is provided for the implementation of digital transformation and the development of new products and services.

The project strengthens companies’ ability to use digital technologies in business processes, develop digital management, automation, robotization, and innovation, and promotes export development and sustainable business practices.
